The Membership Committee hold responsibility for all issues regarding membership, including applications. The online application form has been revised and, providing all questions are answered satisfactorily, the process is completed by our administrator in conjunction with a Membership Committee member. Any queries are resolved either by reference to the applicant, or to the nominated Committee member. There is an appeals procedure in place if this becomes appropriate.
Applications Procedure:
- Online application received by the CMSUK Administrator.
- Completion of any missing data.
- Application reviewed by Membership Committee member for approval.
- Email sent informing applicant of outcome.
- Once approved applicant sent E-mail with membership documents attached.
- Membership card and CMSUK Standards and Best Practice Guidelines sent out by post.
We aim to complete this process within 28 days of receipt of satisfactorily completed applications.
CMSUK is always keen to receive feedback from our members, especially regarding ways we can support you in practice and give you maximum benefit as a member now and in the future.
